Melvina Bentley

Nicholasville-Melvina Bentley, 74, wife of John D. Bentley, died June 3, 2009. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and was a retired employee of Sergeant & Greenleaf. Additional survivors include a daughter and her husband, Karen and Larry Roberts, a son and his wife, Philip and Debbie Bentley, a grandson and his fianc-e, Philip Owen Bentley and Lindsey Martin and a great grandchild, Taegan Allene Bentley. Services will be 1:00pm Friday at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Dr. Lonnie Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8pm today at Betts & West Funeral Home. Bearers will be Philip Bentley, Philip Owen Bentley, Larry Roberts, Shawn Smith, James Logsdon and Tim Morrison.
