Melinda is survived by two sons Zachary Davis and James Collins, one brother Lonnie Ramey, one sister Eugenia Ramey and two grandchildren James E. Collins and Madilyn Davis. Memorial service will be conducted at Betts & West funeral home on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 2PM. The family will receive friends from 12-2PM at the funeral home.
