Louise Bruner Peel

December 23, 1918 — June 9, 2009

Nicholasville-Louise Bruner Peel, 90, widow of Brutus Peel, formerly of Elm Fork Road, died June 9, 2009. She was a member of the Elm Fork Christian Church and a retired employee of the Jessamine Co. School system. She was a native of Jessamine Co. daughter of the late Armster and Clossie Bennett Bruner. Survivors include two sons, Benny (Sallie) Peel and Alben (Rose) Peel, daughters, Sue (Frank) Reynolds and a special daughter, Jo Ann (Willard) Corman, grandchildren, Fran Della Reynolds, who lovingly cared for Mrs. Peel, Lyn (Jenni Sexton) Peel, Mary Lisa (Danny) Ruparel, Lori (Terry) Brown, great grandchildren, Josh and Justin Peel, Mallory and Taylor Ruparel and Andrea Brown, a great great grandchild Raydon Peel, three sisters, Martha Freeman, Ann Goldey and Dorothy Duncan, a brother, Armster Bruner Jr. Services will be 1:30pm Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Dale Sanders and Chaplin Janet Pruitt. Burial will follow in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5-9pm today. Bearers will be Lyn, Josh, Justin, Jeff and Allen -Doodle- Peel and Donnie Lunsford. Honorary bearers will be Greg Reliford, Hoover, Bobby and Joe Peel.
