Leonard T. "Bird" Walker

Nicholasville-Leonard 'Bird' T. Walker, 72, husband of Ann C. Ison Walker, died December 6, 2011. He was retired from the Donaldson Co. was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Chruch and the President of the Trojans Motorcycle Club. He was the son of the late William T. and Emily Walker. Additional survivors include a son, Rodriguez (Melissa) Walker, daughters, Angela Denise (Rev. Robert) Tolley and Pamela Inez (Rev. Don) Wilhite, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, a brother Cary Drake Walker, a sister Mattie (Lamar) Cook, numerous other relatives including his brother and sister in laws. Services will be 1:00pm Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Nicholasville with Pastor T.L. Jones and Pastor M.L. Radford officiating. Burial will follow in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5-8pm Friday at the Church. Bearers will be Mark Jackson, Rev. Robert Tolley, Clinton Taylor, Chancellor Robinson, Lyndon Johnson and Thaddeus Carter.
