Lena Hazel Lunsford

Lena Hazel Lunsford, 81, widow of Samuel Cleveland Lunsford, died Saturday, November 7, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born on December 4, 1938 in Jessamine County, Kentucky to the late John Ealy and Nellie Mae Spaulding Sherrow. Survivors include her fiance of 33 years Roger May children, Randall (Karen) Lunsford, Ernie (Betty) Lunsford, and Brenda Adams, sister, Janey Munson, 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren 6 great-great grandchildren, three step grandchildren and three stepchildren Mike May, Mark May, and Marie Newkirk. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Teresa Parker and Kimberly Lunsford Services will be 1:00PM, Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro.
