Lela Barnett Arnett, 83, widow Ronald Arlen Arnett of Lexington, Kentucky died Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Bell County, Kentucky on April 18, 1937 to the late Luther and Bessie Mills Barnett. Survivors include her daughter, Donna Arnett and son, Greg Arnett.
