She was born June 21, 1974, in Lexington, Kentucky to Estel Leon Lay and the late Donna Marie Brummett Lay. Survivors include two sons, Christopher Lay and Zack Craig, a brother, David Travis (Jackie) Lay, a sister, Erica Lay, and an uncle, Lewis Brummett. No services are scheduled at this time.
