Larry Wayne Marcum

Larry Wayne Marcum, 66, husband of Sandy Marcum passed Wednesday, January 19, 2017. Larry was born July 9, 1950 in Jackson County to the late John Franklin Marcum and Flora Isaacs Burnes. He was retired from Blue Grass Army Depot. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran, a lifetime member of the DAV, member of Post # 1 in Lexington, the VFW, American Legion in Irvin, Americal Division or 23 Infantry Division. Larry also liked to hunt, fish and boating. Additional family survivors are four brothers, Kenny Moore, Odel Isaacs, Greg Isaacs and Vincent Muncy, three nieces, Rhonda, Sheila and Patty, six nephews, Gregory Jr., Ryan, Matthew, Adam, Thomas and Jason, a aunt, Clara Duff and other family members. Service will be 11:30 AM Monday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Chaplain DeWayne Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
