Kristie Lynn Phipps Barnett, 47, wife of Billy Ray Barnett, died Friday November 4, 2022, at St. Joseph Jessamine. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on September 13, 1975, to the late Harold Phipps and the late Brenda Kay Cuzick Phipps. Survivors include two sisters, Misty Conrad (Charlie) and Samantha Phipps (Daniel Profitt), Fur Baby, Tony Rodriguez Barnett, nieces, and nephews that she was a second mother to, Harold Barnett, Josie Barnett, Karie Rogers, Triston Phipps, Roy Jr. Burnett III, Jaxson Profitt, Annie Miller, Trent Fight, Tyler Barnett and Gracelynn Profitt and a great niece, Kaylee Parker and a great nephew Christopher. Services will be 12:00 PM, Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Rodney Murphy officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 9, 2022, from 4:00 -8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Bearers will be Harold Barnett, Donnie Hafley, Richard Frye, Triston Phipps, Roy Burnett, Brandon Rogers, Damion LaPerle, Willie Barnes.
