Kathleen Susan Bashaw Atkins, 59, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family Friday, November 4, 2011. Known to some as a 'Million' and to others as their Best Friend, always so giving of her love and herself, always a kind word, found positive in everything even through her time of despair, to know her was to love her and truly have your life touched by one of God-s many Angels. Although you will be missed beyond words we know you reside within the Lord-s hands and this isn-t goodbye for we will see you again. She was the daughter of the late Samuel Thomas Bashaw and Sarah Hensley Bashaw. She is survived by blessed daughters, Eva (Brandon) Blevins, Becky Hatfield, Cindy (Cecil) Ashcraft, she was the best Nana to Blake, Aaron, McKayla, Emily, Darren, Daniel, very special sisters , Linda (Billy) Yarber, Barbara (Buck) Pence, Dorothy (Al) Stokely, loving brothers, Billy Bashaw, Thomas (Ruth) Bashaw, special nieces, Gina (Walter) Martin, Beth (George) LaBeau, nephew, Brian (Tina) Martin, great nephews Andrew, Ian, Alex, Gavin, Brandon, Micheal, Aric, her family at Christ Community Church as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
