Ms. Julia A. Lainhart of Nicholasville, Kentucky passed away Friday September 17, 2021, from post COVID pulmonary complications. She was born in Maysville, Kentucky to John and Maxine Schumacher (deceased). She retired from Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government as a 9-1-1 Communications Operations. She was active with Homemakers and Bonko. She is survived by her three children, Roxanne (Gregory) Bronner, Robin (Brian) Perrin and Brian (Amber) Lainhart; her brother Mark (Cathy) Schumacher; five grandchildren, Megan Perrin, Brianna Lainhart, Zachary Perrin, Makenzie Lainhart and Seth Lainhart; her former sister-in-law, Lenora (Robert) Hudspeth; one nephew, Michael Hudspeth; two nieces, Renee (Hudspeth) Price and Amy (Schumacher) Moore. The funeral service will be held 12:00 PM, Friday, September 24, 2021 at St. Luke Catholic Church with visitation Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 5-8:00 PM at Betts & West Funeral Home, and 10AM until time of service on Friday at St. Luke Catholic Church. She will be buried in Maple Grove Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Brian Lainhart, Seth Lainhart, Brian Perrin, Zachary Perrin, Jerry Peel and David Underwood.
