Juanitha Fredricks, 74, South Daytona Florida and formerly of Nicholasville, died Sunday, January 3, 2010 at Oak Tree Health Care Center. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky and moved to Daytona Beach 30 years ago. She was a homemaker. Survivors include three sons, Robin Fredricks- South Daytona, FL; Keith Fredricks- Atlanta, GA; and Curtis Fredricks- Lexington, KY; a brother, Bruce Mastin and a sister, Cindy Huff both of Nicholasville. Services will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation will be held today from 4-8 PM.
