Johnnie S. Shepherd

Johnnie S. Shepherd, 72, husband of 48 years to Rebecca Shepherd, of Orchard Drive, died February 1, 2011. He was the son of the late Elzie and Helen Shepherd, born February 12, 1938 in Clarksville, TN. Johnnie was a member of Sunnyview Baptist Church in Clarksville, TN, was a former employee of Trane and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Additional survivors include four children, Marty (Betty) Shepherd, Kathy (Harold) Barlow, Cindy (Patrick) Miller and Gayle (Steve) Burton, grandchildren Joshua and Jacob Shepherd, Kristin (Michael) Harvey, Adam and Kacy Barlow, Ethan, Annie and Madeline Burton and Zachary Miller, two brothers and three sisters. Services will be Noon Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Patrick Miller and Pastor Ken Calia officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
