John Wesley Angel Sr.

John Angel Sr., 59, died Tuesday May 20, 2008. John was a concrete contractor. He was born April 30, 1949 in Whiltey County to the late Roosevelt and Goldie Marie White Angel. Survivors are his children, John Wesley (Carolyn) Angel Jr., David Ray Angel, Roosevelt Wesley Angel, step daughter, Nicole Christian, grandchildren, Candice, Brianna and Marisa Angel, all of Nicholasville, a sister, Barbara Spencer-Williamsburg, brothers, David Angel-Nicholasville, James (Annie) and Larry Joe Angel-Williamsburg, ex wife, Patricia Angel-Nicholasville, fianc-, Eugina Christian-Nicholasville, and other family members. Services will be 1:30 Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bishop David Cadell officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Bearers will be John Angel Jr., David Angel, Danial Strain, Mark Strain, Gary Angel and Joe Angel.
