John Paul Lokken

John Paul Lokken, 80, widower of Sharon Elizabeth King Lokken, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, on November 20, 1942, to the late John Lokken and Marie Trevallee Lokken. John was a salesman in the Pneumatic Industry for Lexair and was a charter member of the Nicholasville Moose Lodge. Left to cherish his memory are his longtime companion, Betty Lee; brothers, Jeffrey Lokken (Patti), and Jay Lokken-Riley (Ken); sisters, Jean Goodnow (Robert), and Judy Krueger (Michael); grandson, Joshua Klaman; and great-grandsons, Zane and James Klaman. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 7, at Betts & West Funeral Home. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of service, Saturday, at the funeral home.
