John Michael McPhee, 36, husband of Ruth Ann Rasing McPhee passed away October 29, 2015 at his residence. He was born on November 16, 1978 in Harrisonburg, Virginia to Arthur Gene and Evelyn Lucille Horst McPhee. John was an Electrical Engineer most recently with Environmental Technologies. John also leaves behind his beloved dogs, Elmer and Seamus. A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
