Jearl Dean "Jewel" Barnes

Jearl Dean 'Jewel' Cuzick Barnes, 83, widow of Leroy Barnes, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015. She was born in Jessamine County to the late Luther B. Cuzick and Hallie Tuggle. She is survived by one daughter Nancy J. Bowman, two sons Donald and Danny Barnes, five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren, one brother Dale Cuzick and several nieces and nephews, she was preceded in death by one grandson, five brothers and three sisters. Funeral service will be conducted at 2PM Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Betts & West funeral home with Pastor Rodney Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in the Keene Cemetery.
