Jean Allen Miller, 78, widow of James “Bub” Vickers, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022. She was born in Jessamine County on June 24, 1943, to the late Dea Rhineheimer and Nannie Hamilton Rhineheimer. She is survived by her son, Jimmy Vickers (Leslie), daughter, Deidra “Dede” Jenkins, brother, Michael Rhineheimer, two sisters, Donna Hager (Allen) and Patricia “Patsy” Howell, three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, James, she is preceded by a brother, Dea Rhineheimer. Services will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the time of service, Wednesday, at the funeral home.
