James Timothy Blackburn

James Timothy Blackburn, 51, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015. He was born on May 29, 1964 in Cooke County, Illnois to the late James Blackburn and Erma Gail Bevins Blackburn who survives him. James is also survived by his wife Melissa Stickle Blackburn, three daughters, Heather (Stephen) Starski, Whitney and Natasha Blackburn, two grandchildren, MaHaylee Blackburn and Haven Starski and one brother Jeffrey Blackburn. Funeral service will be conducted at 1PM Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bill Bales officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
