James Buford Blevins

James Buford Blevins, 75, husband of Kimberly Dawn Risner Blevins, passed Wednesday, March 04, 2015. He was born December 17, 1939 in Olive Hill, KY to the late Delbert and Emalene Grace Logan Blevins. James was a gear head who loved drag racing. Survivors are three sons, Jeff (Andrea) Blevins, Mark Blevins and James Dakota Risner, grandchildren, Christopher Blevins, Stephanie Blevins (Jeremy) Foster, Lindsay Jones, Jared (Nia) Blevins, Brooke (Doug) Grubb, Chelsea Blevins, Patrice (Andrew) Skaggs, Wesley Hubbard, Tyler Blevins, Zack (Leah) Blevins and Zack Blevins, several great grandchildren, siblings, Rosezella (John) Teater, Marcella (Danny) Rogers, Beverly Hale, Jessie Blevins and other family members. He was also preceded in death by sons, Tony, Larry, Greg and Ricky Blevins and grandson Seth Blevins. Service will be 11:00 AM Monday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Gene Young officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
