Iva Marie Elliott

Nicholasville-Iva Marie Elliott, 81, beloved wife of 64 years to Raymond Lee Elliott, went home Tuesday to be with the Lord. She was a special person who loved all and was a member of Grace Community Church. She was the daughter of the late Ervin Boyle Wilson and Addie Games Wilson. Additional survivors include her daughters, Marie Johnson (Mike) and Peggy Watkins (Lloyd), grandchildren Christy (Brent) Richie, Wesley M. (Kris) Johnson, Arthur R. Johnson, Shawn, Sara and Michael Elliott, great grandchildren, Morgan, Makayla, Madison and Maci Richie and Robert M. Johnson. She had 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Donnie Wilson is the only surviving brother and Louise Wright is the only surviving sister. She was also preceded in death by her son, Allen L. Elliott. Services will be 10am Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8pm today. Pallbearers will be Lloyd Watkins, Mike Johnson, Brent Richie, Wesley Johnson and Arthur Johnson. The family suggests contributions can be made to Grace Community Church in her honor.
