Hunter "Butch" Fain Jr.

Hunter 'Butch' Fain Jr., 68, husband of Alice Ann Phillips Fain, passed Sunday, August 7, 2016. He was born November 30, 1947 in Nicholasville, KY to Hunter and Eurline Harris Fain. He was a member of Nicholasville Baptist Church, loved to play guitar, fish and hunt. Additional survivors are two daughters, Beverly Conner and Crystal Fain, three grandchildren, Andrew Hunter Conner, Jacob Warren Conner and Zachery Trey Fain, one sister, Gail Doolin, two brothers, Gerald Fain and Allen Harris and other family members. He was also preceded in death by a aunt and uncle, Oscar and Lillian Gloff. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. John Carroll officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
