Crutchfield, H. Garner Jr. 78, of Richmond Ave, husband of Patricia Crutchfield, died Tuesday at UKMC. He was born January 12, 1936 to the late Hubert and Lucille Crutchfield. Survivors include a son Stewart (Laura) Crutchfield, two daughters Laura (Stephen) Johns and Lainie (Joe) Taylor. Step children Pete Rayburn and Regina (Chris) Chanda, a brother James Crutchfield and a sister Peggy Adkison. Three grandchildren Leo, Natalie and Phoebe, five step grandchildren, Samantha, Danielle, Hannah, Jake and Zach, three great-grandchildren Boston, Miles and Maysen and other family members. Services 11:00 AM Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 - 8PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
