Helen Ruth Crowe Gill

Helen Ruth Gill, 71, widow of Charles Gill, of Johns Lane, died 2/4/08. She was a former employee of Rose Terrace Nursing Home. She was a native of Jessamine County, daughter of the late Tommy and Roxie Hoover Bruner. She is survived by a son, Mac Crowe Jr., grandchildren, Bryan and Daniel Crowe, Shane Simpson and Jennifer Back. Great grandchildren, Brittany Todd, Michael, Austin and Alyssa Crowe, Jacob, Gavin and Conner Simpson, a brother, Lonnie Bruner and a sister, Wilma Jean West. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Mack Sherwood Crowe, a great grandchild, Cody Marshall Crouch, a sister and three brothers. Services will be 1:00pm Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Chaplin John Rudd. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8pm Tuesday. Bearers will Bryan and Daniel Crowe, Jennifer Back, Lisa Gregory, Wayne Bruner and Brittany Todd. Honorary bearers will be Todd Back, and Jake Lippert.
