Harold Thomas Ransdell

Nicholasville-Harold Thomas Ransdell, 76, husband of 53 years to Norma Ransdell, of Nottaway Drive, died unexpectedly August 26, 2012. He was a charter member and deacon of Edgewood Baptist Church and was a retired supervisor of GTE. Additional survivors include two children Jeff (Kelley) Ransdell and Renee Ransdell Rhineheimer, seven grandchildren, Bailey and Ashton Rhineheimer, Riley, Peyton and Jed Ransdell and Travis and Tanner Lee, a sister, Ruth Ann (Bobby) Smith. Services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Edgewood Baptist Church. Visitation from 2-8pm Tuesday, August 28, 2012 . Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Bearers will be Jed Ransdell, Travis and Tanner Lee, Hugh Henkle, Delbert Powers, J.F. Hall and Scott Bowman. Honorary bearers will be Keith Merrick, Chad Moody, Paul Goldey, Kirby Beaty and the members of Jim Smith-s Sunday School Class.
