Grace Evelyn Houp Johnson

Grace Johnson, 79, widow of Harold Johnson, died Wednesday, December 19, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Walter Cleveland and Alma Baker Houp. She was a former employee of the Springs Inn, Lexington and member of the High Bridge Holiness Church. Survivors include two children, Emma Waldrop and her husband Hubert and James Johnson and his fianc-e, Rhonda Bryant, five grandchildren, Denise (Stanley) Bolton, Eugene (Christy) Bryant, Shawn, Melanie and Dewey Bryant, four great grandchildren, Shelby and Taylor Bryant, Justin and Amber Waldrop, one great great grandchild, Savannah Grace Waldrop, a specia niece, Susie Houp and numerous other family members. She was also preceded in death by a son, Harold 'Bubby' Johnson Jr., a brother and two sisters. Services will be 1:00pm Saturday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Leonard Fitch officiating.
