Glenn Richard Duggins

Glenn Richard Duggins, 90, widower of Drumenda Masters Duggins, passed Friday, January 12, 2018. He was born November 15, 1927 in Boyle County to the late Everette and Eva Blane Deskins Duggins. He was an Olekia Temple Shriner and member of Masonic Lodge 922 of Wilmore. Survivors are a daughter, Marsha Duggins, three sons, Richard Duggins, Tony Duggins, and David (Judy) Duggins, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Service will be 1:00 PM Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Betts & West.
