Frances Lynn Baxter

Nicholasville- Frances Lynn Baxter, 84, widow of Tom Baxter, of Ridge Crest Drive, died August 23, 2010. She is survived by her daughter, Betsey Baxter of Nicholasville, a grandson, Cody Vandevender, step children, Don Baxter, Sally Fort, Nancy Grogan, John Baxter and Connie Everett.
