Elizabeth C. Kelly, 80, widow of Charles V. Kelly Sr., of Locust Heights, died March 11, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Iva and Mary D. Mattingly Cambron. She was a member of the Nicholasville United Methodist Church and was a retired employee of General Electric. Survivors include two children, Brenda Gail (David) Richardson and Vernon (Kelly) Kelly, three grandchildren, David Allen Richardson and his girlfriend Dana Jones, Sarah Elizabeth Richardson and her boyfriend Scott Brown and Morgan Shea Kelly, a great grandchild, Jordyn Mae Hensley, brothers and sisters, Pauline (Everette) Roberts, Joe (Debra) Cambron, Ann (Larry) Hubbard, Robert (Connie) Cambron, Clyde (Anita) Cambron, Jimmy (Ann) Cambron, Bertha Finney, Wiggie (Wayne) Craig, Brenda (June) Brown and Edith (Terry) Bennett. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Cambron and two sisters, Grace Rafferty and Barbara Boehmann. Services will be 2:00pm Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev.
