Egenia Christian, 55, widow of John Angel Sr. passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, on October 8, 1968, to the late Ray Christian and Agnes Clarner Christian. Survivors include two children, Nicole Christian and Roosevelt Angel; two stepsons, John (Carolyn) Angel Jr. and David (Kim Lowery) Angel, and a brother, Bobby Clarner; grandchildren, Candice (Leonard) Angel, Brianna (Eli) Angel, Marisa (Matt) Angel and one on the way William Huff great grandchildren, Lilly Angel, Landon Angel, Aria Campbell, Bentley Lemmings, Hudson Lemmings. Services will be at 12:00 PM, on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Betts & West Funeral Home, with Bro. Jay Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. The visitation will be from 5:00 PM -9:00 PM on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at the funeral home. Bearers will be John Angel Jr., David Angel Leonard Lemmings, Eli Hall, Daniel Strean and Paul Angel.
