Effie Mae Houp Stinnett

Effie Mae Houp Stinnett, 82, passed Thursday, October 29, 2015 at her home. She was born March 10, 1933 in Heildberge, KY to the late Henry M. and Mary Jane Estes Houp. Effie was a member of the Church of God. Family survivors are four children, Johnny B. Stinnett Jr., Ronnie Lee (Saundra) Stinnett, Mark B. Stinnett and Barry Wayne Stinnett, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, a sister, Martha Woosley and a brother, Virgil Houp, a very special niece Debbie Bruner and other family members. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Sue Sallee. Memorial service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home.
