Edna Katherine Kimball Bailey

Edna Katherine Kimball Bailey, widow of Luther Bailey, 84, died Thursday, March 29, 2012. She was born December 14, 1927 in Fayette County to the late Otho Kimball and Effie Mae Littrell Rouse. Survivors are her children, Patricia Ann Martinza of OR, Robert Gene (Linda) Bailey of Wilmore, Jimmie Allen Bailey of Lexington, Geraldine (Cory) Compton of Junction City, Carolyn Sue (Jimmy) Maxey of Lexington, Debra Gail Harris of TN, Jerry Wayne (Jolene) Bailey of Lawrenceburge, Sandra Dee (Jose) Campos of Lexington, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, a brother Otho Kimball of FL and other family members. Services will be 10:00 am Saturday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Bales officiating Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 pm Thursday. Bearers will be Robert Gene Bailey Jr., Gary Wayne Bailey, Garrett Wayne Rector, Ronald Wayne Batton, Jose Campos and Russell Hillard. Contributions suggested to Jessamine County Hospice.
