Earnest Anthony Dunaway

Earnest Anthony Dunaway, 73, husband of Dorthy Ashcraft Dunaway, passed Thursday, September 14, 2017. He was born June 23, 1944 in Lexington, KY to the late Ernest Edward and Naomi Hall Dunaway. He was a farmer, member of Little Hickman Christian Church, Air Force Veteran, and loved to fish, play computer games, and watch TV. Family survivors are two children, Phyllis A. (Steve) Chipley, and Timothy W. Dunaway, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, three sister, five brothers, and other family members. Earnest was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Service will be 1:30 PM Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Lakes officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:30 AM until time of service Tuesday. Bearers will be Arvel Dunaway Jr., Johnny Dunaway, David Dunaway, Shorty Dunaway, Butch Dunaway, and Allen Canter. Honorary bearers will be the Grandsons.
