Donna Rose Miller, 57, wife of Tommy Miller, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023, at her home in Dandridge, Tennessee. She was born on April 23, 1965, in Lee County, Kentucky, the daughter of Wanda Caproni. In addition to her husband, Tommy, she is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Brammer (Shaun); brothers, Steven Gay, and Jeff “Butch” Gay; sister, Bonita Miller; as well as her granddaughter, Brinleigh Brammer.
