Destiny Danielle Gross

Destiny Danielle Gross, 31, wife of Stephen Gross, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Frankfort on April 24, 1991, to Betty Hockensmith and the late Stewart Perkins. Destiny is survived by her husband, Stephen; mother, Betty; sons, Christopher Scott Houchin, Justin Wayne Bradley Lee Houchin, Andrew David Houchin, Hunter Marion Gross, and Kaden Gross; daughter, Sabrina Nicole Houchin; uncles, Floyd Allen Hockensmith (Paula), and Darren Hockensmith; aunt, Kristy Kay Bishop (Dewey); brothers, Charles Thomas Powell, Dakota Storm Farler, and Colton Chance Farler; as well as her sister, Beth Perkins. In addition to her father, Stewart, she is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Danny Hockensmith, and Pam Purvis Hockensmith; and a cousin, Matthew Dale Bishop. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 24, at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until the time of service, Monday, at the funeral home.
