Delcy Delores O'Brien

Delcy Delores O’Brien, 88, widow of Gerald Dwayne O’Brien, died Sunday, September 26, 2021. She was born in Cumberland County, Kentucky on September 28, 1932, to the late George Thomas Gibson and Alice H. Anderson Gibson. Survivors include a son, Rick Garr (Shelia), daughter, Ishma Uta, brother, Robert Marshall Gibson, and four grandchildren, Larrisa Garr, Katrina Garr, Richard Garr and Rachael Garr Taylor and eleven great grandchildren.
