Debra Lynn Elder Mosley Neal, 50, died Sunday, May 30, 2010. She is the daughter of Pauline Votaw Elder and the late Sidney A. Elder. Additional survivors are six children, Christina Michelle Elder Waldrop Derringer, Angela Mosley, Heather Mosley, Adam Elder, Amanda Elder and Nathan Neal and sixteen grandchildren.
