Deanna Marie Lamb

Wilmore-Deanna Marie Land Lamb, 65, wife of John C. Lamb, of East College Street, died May 10, 2008 after a brief illness. She was a former Dixie Cup employee. She was the daughter of John and Marie Combs Land. Additional survivors include a son, John -Clint- Lamb II-CA, a daughter and her husband, Julia and James M. Johnson-Nicholasville, a grandson, David Johnson-Nicholasville, three brothers, Charles (Gayle) Land,-Georgetown, James (Betty Ann) Land-Lexington and Ernest Land-Lex., a sister Ursula -Susie- Lamb-TX, -adopted- grandsons, Timothy and Bobby Lee Estes-Wilmore, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Carrie J. Burton and a brother, John Henry Land. Services will be 1:30pm Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Evely and Leonard Fitch. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-9pm today. Bearers will be Jim Johnson, Bobby, Tim and Bobby Lee Estes, Wallace Burton and Jeff Land.
