David Ruffner Blaine, 74, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021, at his home in Nicholasville, Kentucky. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on April 29, 1947, to the late William and Mary Tyree Blaine. He is survived by two nephews, Steven Scrivner (Allison) and Ronnie Scrivner (Sharon) and other family members. No services are planned at this time.
