David Michael Sharp

David Michael Sharp, 65, husband of Janie Carol Rogers Sharp, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Baptist Health Lexington. He was born on February 10, 1957, in California to Ray and Viola Sharp. He is survived by his wife, Janie; stepson, Bruce Reynolds; brother, Ray Sharp; as well as sisters, Brenda Jackson and Diana Novotny (Brian). David is preceded by a sister, Bonnie Fahrenbrink. Services will be held at 12:00 PM, Thursday, September 15, at Betts & West Funeral Home, with Pastor Donnie Bowen officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, where bearers will be Darrell Peel, Bruce Reynolds, Christopher Gumm, Jacob Gumm, Wesley Reynolds, Cody Claggett, Craig Whitaker, Brian Marshall, and Kyle Dotson.
