Danny Lee Frederick Sr., 61, husband of Penny Ward Frederick, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021, in Nicholasville, Kentucky. On June 14, 1960, he was born in Lexington, Kentucky, to the late William and Katherine Goins Frederick. Danny was a Foreman for Quality Landscaping in Nicholasville, Kentucky. He is survived by two sons Danny (Stephanie) Frederick and Jimmy (Hillary) Frederick, seven grandchildren Hunter Frederick, Lauren Frederick, Jackson Davis, Luke Murphy, Jace Frederick, Katie Henson, and Elizabeth Hudson, three brothers Charles “Pete” (Norma) Perrin, David Marsee and Jeff Frederick, one sister Kathy Grimes and his loving dogs Lacey, Trixie and Petey. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Montee Marsee and a sister Bertha Owens. The funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 PM Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Betts & West Funeral Home, with Bishop David Marsee officiating. The family will receive friends from 5- 8 PM Friday, October 15, 2021, at the funeral home and after 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
