Charles Walter Bryant

Charles Walter Bryant, 84, died peacefully, March 7, 2014 at his home. He was born January 19, 1930 in Garrard County to the late Alfred and Margaret Lamb Bryant. Charles was a retired employee of the LFUCG at the water treatment plant and a tobacco farmer. Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Pike, Betty (Marty) Shepherd and Kelly (John) Connelley, a son, Gary (Glenda) Bryant, nine grandchildren, Jenny Lee, Wesley Pike, Kevin, Chris and Kyle Bryant, Joshua and Jacob Shepherd, Kristin Harvey and Ian Connelley, six great grandchildren. Services will be Noon Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Bryant. Burial will follow in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5-8pm Monday. Bearers will be his grandsons.
