Chad Edward Gorman, 37, husband of Heather Kelly, died Friday, December 2, 2011. He was born September 25, 1974 in Lexington, KY to James Wesley Gorman of Nicholasville and Mary Sue West of FL. Additional survivors are two children, Kayla Elaine Gorman of Lexington, Kayleigh Soleil Gorman of Nicholasville, two step children, Chase McKaye Kelly and Kaylin Renee Kelly, both of Lexington, two brothers, John Wesley (Brenda) Gorman, James Edward Gorman, one sister, Debbie (Terry) Taulbey, a aunt, Ethel 'sis' West of Nicholasville and other family members. Services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Dewayne Brewer officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service Wednesday.
