Carl Edward Mcdaniel

Carl Edward McDaniel, 64, died Saturday, March 20, 2010. He was born April 7, 1945 in Laurel County to the late Raymond McDaniel and Marie McQueen Southard. Carl was a Army veteran, member of the VFW, loved motorcycles and playing pool. Survivors are a daughter, Tammy Sue Sparks and her friend John Wilson, a grandchild Karla Ann Wilson, both of Nicholasville, seven siblings, William Butcher of London, James Paul Butcher of IN, Ray McDaniel of MI, Myrtle Spivey of Lexington, Doris May of IN, Edna Blair, Carol Gill, both of London, special friend, Jimmy Stamper of Nicholasville and other family members. Carl was also preceded in death by a daughter, Freda Rose McDaniel, a son, Brian McDaniel and a baby boy McDaniel. Services will be 12:30 pm Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Mosher officiating. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-9 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Bearers will be Danny Spivey, John K.
