Buford Corman, Jr.

Buford Corman, Jr., 71, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Lexington on August 2, 1951, to the late Buford Corman and Virginia Gill Peel. He is survived by his son, Jason Vanderpool; daughters, Jodi Ford, Patricia Cochran, and Paula Kinney; as well as sisters, Sue Corman, Barbara Deering, Connie Thacker, Peggy Blevins, and Melissa Peel; and four grandchildren. He is preceded by one daughter, Pamela McKinney, and two sisters, Wilma Bishop, and Shirley Blankenship. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, November 5, at Seventh Street Baptist Church. Graveside services will be at 12:00 PM, Monday, November 7, at Maple Grove Cemetery.
