Brenda Sue Young

Brenda Sue Young, 73 wife of Eugene Young died Thursday, August 12, 2021, at Ephraim McDowell Hospital. She was born in Clark County, Kentucky on April 14, 1948, to the late Homer Montgomery and Eva Mae Purvis Dixon. Brenda was a homemaker and attended King’s Tabernacle. Survivors include one daughter, Tammy Drake, and one son, Greg Young, special cousins, Lana Stidham and Mae Ballherfer, and five grandchildren, Phillip Young, Robert Young, Josh Johnson, Dylan Drake and Brittany Drake. Services will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Greg King officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service on Wednesday.
