Billie Jean Young Blevins

Billie Jean Young Blevins, 59, wife of Jessie Richard Blevins, died Wednesday. Additional survivors are two children, Jessica Blevins and Jammie Welch, four grandchildren, Devin and Ashlee Metcalf, Avery Underwood and Wesley 'Bubba' Powell, her mother, Norma Jean Kirkland Young, three sisters, Darlene (Jerry) Miller, Jodi (Eric) Johnson, Dorothy (Farris) Cameron, her dog Max and other family members. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ray Young, a sister, Charlene Mitchell and a brother, Ernest Young. Services will be 2:00 pm Monday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Coy Day officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am Monday until time of service. Bearers will be Eric Johnson, Doug Mitchell, Ed Davenport, William Cooper, Johnny Preston, and Jerry Miller. Honorary bearers will be Ron Montgomery and Mike Hilterbran.
