Bertha Mae Owens

Nicholasville-Bertha Owens, 45, died February 18, 2011 after a brief illness. She was the daughter of Mary K. Frederick and the late William Thomas Frederick. Additional survivors include three children, Crystal Hatton, Patricia Owens and William Owens, five grandchildren, Cody and Tyler Hatton, Matthew Young, Lilly Owens, Nathan Owens, a sister, Kathy Grimes, five brothers, Richard 'Pete' Perrin, Monte 'Ed' Marsee, David Marsee, Danny and Jeff Frederick. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Rae Owens. Services will be 11:00am Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. James Humphrey officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9pm tonight.
