Nicholasville-Barbara Louise Gullette Casey, 59, wife of Patrick Allen Casey, of Sugar Creek Pike, died unexpectedly July 14, 2010. She was a native of Jessamine County, daughter of Vina Jane Rainwater Gullette and the late Obra Gullette. Additional survivors include three children, Jamison Cain (Dina) Simms, Patricia (Ron) Shearer and Sarah (Alan) Canter, seven grandchildren, Carli, Caleb, Patrick and Marshall Simms, Trey and Casey Shearer and Julia Casey, two brothers, Mike (Judy) Gullette and Larry Gullette.
