Barbara Jean Hill Adams

Barbara Jean Hill Adams, 75, wife of Benjamin Franklin Adams, died Friday, March 11, 2011. She was born February 16, 1936 in Lincoln County to the late George William and Ethel Belle Barlow Hill. She was a retired Registered Nurse and a member of Edgewood Baptist Church. Survivors are five children, Benjamin Mark (Patt) Adams of Lexington, Lillian Diane Adams Simpson of Nicholasville, Stuart Kit (Regena) Adams of Richmond, Anna Beth Adams (Brian) Mollett of Danville, Anthony Scott (Lynne) Adams of Lancaster, seven grandchildren, four sisters, one brother and other family members. Services will be Noon Tuesday at Edgewood Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Scholar officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at Betts & West Funeral Home. Bearers will be Anthony, Mathew and Sawyer Adams, Patrick Simpson, Adam Mollett and Ashley Coulter.
